All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels.
3. Prescription Medicines
Prescription-only medicines will only be dispensed upon receipt and verification of a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense any prescription at our professional discretion.
4. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (select areas). We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified or products are out of stock.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events.
6. Limitation of Liability
Banheal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
